Activities & Focus

Our activities focus on

• Planning regular community fundraising events to finance micro-credits projects for women in Burundi to allow them to acquire economic autonomy and improve their standard of life.
• Fostering community literary, musical, educational, and cultural events, festivals, concerts for uplifting of women and their families, and the promotion of Burundian traditions and language.

We help women from all walks of life, but we especially seek financial donations to provide micro-loans — a proven effective and innovative form of financial assistance — to various groups of women and girls in need, including:

• Young mothers
• Female small business owners
• Single mothers head of families
• Widows
• Young orphan girls
